How long will the redesign take?
Between 4-12 weeks. Our holistic web redesign experience accomodates your pace and financial availablity. This means you can have a beautifully crafted and functionally powerful website in 4 weeks or when you come back from holidays. We never rush you, we only affectionately nudge.

Pricing
Are there payment plan options?
Yes. We offer 3 payment options to meet your level of financial availability. This means you can make monthly payments over 4 months or 8 months, or you can pay in-full. We automatically offer all 3 options to every client in a personalized quote, so you may choose the one that best fits your needs.
Can we share the cost of a website?
Yes. You may share the cost and benefits of a website between coaches/practitioners within the same practice. We will invoice one designated person and you may split the costs amongst practioners at your discretion.
Is there a contingency cost?
No. While other companies quote an extra contigency fee in case costs increase, we do not. This means you are never penalized for the unforeseen. We've been in the web industry for 15 years. We know exactly how much a feature costs to develop or implement. If the unforeseen does occur, we will gladly help your website, at no extra charge. Note: If you wish to add features, then yes, there will be a cost associated.
What currency can I pay in?
Any currency, via credit card. We believe in international growth and have worked with individuals and organizations worldwide This means you can use any Visa or Mastercard to pay. Since we charge in Canadian Dollars (CAD), if you are outside of Canada, we will automatically apply a 3% rebate to cover your credit card and bank's foreign exchange fee (most commonly 1%-3%).
What is the guarantee and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee. This means you get every penny refunded, no pro-rated amounts, no administration fees, and no cancellation fees. If you chose to work with us, we know it’s because you believe in growth as much as we do. We respect your choice. To date, we've had zero requests for refunds.

Design
How do I choose between 2 designs?
Trust your gut. When we send you two initial designs to choose from, look at each while counting down from 10. Then tell us immediately which one spoke to you the most. Trust your gut instinct. We used to have clients who agonized over it for weeks, they surveyed their friends, polled their patients, and basically drove themselves insane. We will help you bypass that.
We can tweak every color and pixel later. Right now, just focus on the feel of the design/layout. We can also marry elements that you loved from each design into a 3rd design.
How many design revisions can I have?
Up to six. In 15 years, no client has ever needed more than 4 design revisions because we take the time to listen to your needs and wants before we start designing. This means your website captures the essense of your practice from the start. We enjoy tweaking design elements so that you enjoy your web experience.
What office photos should I submit?
Ones that showcase the essence of your practice. Always think quality over quantity. So send us 7 photos of nature, plants or healing items (crystals, candles, etc.), with a glimpse of office space in the background. This way, when new patients come in, they'll recognize this window ledge or that table. Have fun experimenting, it'll show on your photos. If you don't enjoy photography, that'll show too, so choose ones that showcase your practice. The higher the photo resolution, the better.
What portrait photo should I submit?
Send us a portrait photo for your biography (minimum 640x480px). This means you want it to be professional and approachable. It can be one of you interacting with a client, leading a workshop or enjoying nature. Think of how you'd like to be perceived upon first impression.
Logistics
Can I keep my same domain name?
Yes, of course. When you're ready to launch your new website, we'll log in to your domain management system and change the DNS server numbers so that your existing domain becomes linked to your new website. This change takes 6-48 hours to take effect (we can't control this variable).
How does one-on-one training work?
In-person or via screencast. If possible, we will meet you in person. Tina has been known to fly all over the world to train our clients. If no, we'll run a live screencast. This means you can see our screen, hear our voice and interact with us via webcam. We'll give you a step-by-step walk through so that you're empowered to maintain and grow your web presence.
How many admins accounts can I have?
Unlimited. If you have partners or assistants who work with you in your practice, you may created as many admin accounts as you wish for your website. This means you can share your website with colleagues in your practice and even invest collectively in the cost of a stronger and widespread web presence, if you so wish.
How much am I involved in the redesign process?
As little or as much as you want. We have clients who are very participatory and clients who hand it all to us. This means you tell us if you prefer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly updates. We only ask that your respond promptly to clearly marked action items so that we get the website of your dreams on time.
What if I don't have much content?
Don't worry. We'll create long-term strategies with you to tap your online community and feed relevant content back to your website. This means you won't have to spend time writing content from scratch. Though we provide Content Makeover service to refresh your existing content, we can connect you with copywriters if you wish to make the latter investment.
What is expected of me?
Only 5 elements. We start work once you send us 4 critical elements: your domain registration info, your logo, your mission statement, and your photos. The fifth element is a committment to respond to our emails when we request your feedback. Learn more about What to Expect »
Who will maintain my website?
You will. We empower you and equip you with simple user interfaces, simple user manuals, and simple one-on-one live training. This means you stop losing money to maintenance fees. We will teach you to fish.
