Upgrading to a CMS

Having completed the CSS layout, the PHP navigation, and all the accessibility checks of my hand-written code, it was finally time to add content. So I poked around for free blogware (Web log software) that would ease content updating. During my research, I stumbled upon a slew of CMSs (Content Management Systems) that provided more flexibility than my hand-coded pages ever could.
