Thanks for nothing
I hate it when I paid good money to find out that I already knew what I paid to find out. Gosh darnit!!!
I paid $100 to someone to learn how to do a cleanse. All I got is generic "eat fruits & vegetables and drink lots of water" advice. I can't start to express how disappointed I am.
I thought I'd start off the summer right: walk to/fro work, attend yoga classes regularly, keep constantly active except Sat mornings when I make it a must to sleep in, and, do a nutritional cleanse. So much for the latter part. Sigh.
I guess the only positive outcome is that I realized, sweets aside, that I eat really healthily and don't really need a cleanse. The recommended cleanse regiment is 90% similar to what I already eat (the last 10% being cakes and baked goods, which is NOT to be eliminated).
I wish my self-realizations didn't cost $100 a pop!
